I was watching Buffy on Hulu a couple of days ago. I'm slightly annoyed at myself because I knew they were going to take down seasons 2&3 and yet I waited until they were gone to watch the first season. Bah! >_< Anyway, I'd forgotten how much I loved that show. I watched it religiously up through Season 5 back in high school. You know, those squishy developmental years when you're still learning how to act in social situations. I think my social skills were obnoxiously influenced by that show. I'm sitting there watching Xander and Willow be completely awkward going... I was totally these people in high school. Holy crap. Granted that could just be good writing and all... being relatable is typically a good sign of such things. It was just bizarre watching the show from my current perspective versus my high school perspective where I thought I was mostly detached from the show... Turns out I was kind of living it... Minus the supernatural aspects of course.

Watching Buffy has prompted me to start watching Supernatural. Great show. I've watched it on random occasions, but now I've actually managed to follow the whole Armageddon story arch. I loved the episode "Changing Channels," where Dean and Sam get stuck in TV hell. I Particularly loved the font face they used for the opening credits... You know the one they used for every 90's after-school sitcom. Awesome. Is it odd that the font was the thing that stuck with me the most? *shrug*

In other news I think I've been watching too much TV. Mom just called me because I missed a car payment. She co-signed my loan so if I miss a payment it effects her credit score as well. Oops. I've never missed a payment so I don't really know the consequences for being late. Mom just boiled it down to "PAY NOW!" Which I did. I was just gonna wait and make a double payment but there's a possibility that they are charging me daily fees for every day I'm passed due... that would equal bad. So...2 car payments this month. Wooo...
